SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Comixininos ships Worldwide. As soon as we receive the payment of your order, shipment will be made during the following 3 working days.

During your shopping you can check at any time the shipping costs of the items that you added to your shopping cart. Just click on the "See shiping costs" button to do so. Sometimes just because you add one more miniature, the shipping costs increase a lot. So you can take out that last miniature in order to keep the shipping costs lower. ;)

All our shipments are certified and include a tracking number. This allows the costumer to locate the package through the Spanish Postal Service Website and guarantees the reception of the package. Just enter the tracking number of your shipment on the Item Locator box to get the current shipment status.

The certified shipment offers a recorded circulation and ensures that the package is delivered under certified signature. When the package can not be delivered, a notification is left on your mailbox. In order to pick up your package, you will have to go during the 15 following days to your nearest post office and show them the notification.

All our products are carefully packaged, avoiding any damage during the shipment.

COMBINED SHIPMENTS

All the items placed in a single order will be shipped together in the same package. This reduces the shipment cost per item. The shipping costs of adding more items to your order will vary depending on the weight of those items.

SHIPPING RATES

The shipping rates vary depending on the order weight. If you wish to know the total shipping costs of your order, please visit your Shopping Cart and click on "See your Shipping Costs" to get the shipping costs depending on the total weight of the items included in your Cart.

Whatever the total weight of the package, there is a minimum shipping costs policy:

- Spain: 4 EUR

- Rest of the World: 5 EUR

DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery times are estimations and may slightly vary depending on the Spanish working calendar or periods of massive postage work (such as Christmas)

- Spain: 1 to 3 working days after shipment

- Rest of Europe: 3 to 4 working days after shipment

- Rest of the World: 4 to 12 working days after shipment.  

TAX POLICY

All taxes are already included in the retail prices stated on our online store. In other words, the prices showed on the store reflect the final price before shipping.
